  • Managing scope, schedule, and safety, site inspections; environmental, quality contract and code compliance of trade contractors   
  • Setting a realistic timetable that reflects the actual sequence of work and tracking every step, in case of delays, the schedule can be used to determine if the lost time can be recouped.

  • Managing engineering and construction progress reports and document control such as RFIs, change orders, etc.
